Online aerial yoga classes for people who have a hammock in their home. Group and private classes over Zoom. If there aren't any group class times available, this means that for the time being I'm only offering private online classes. If no group classes are available, you may like to reach out to other students via the Facebook group and book me for a class with another person, or let me know a preferred time for a few of you and I'll arrange a group class.
IF YOU ARE RIGGING A HAMMOCK IN YOUR HOME, PLEASE BE AWARE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE IT IS SAFE, SECURE AND AT A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OTHER OBJECTS IN THE ROOM. IF IN DOUBT CONSULT A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER.
In your home! The Zoom link is sent out the morning of the class for evening classes or the day before for morning classes. All classes are recorded and access provided to everyone who is paid up for a week.
£7 for a 50-minute group class; £14 for a 40-minute private class. Note that these classes are slightly shorter than in-person classes simply because I will close off the chat and leave you in the relaxation for as long as you like. 50 minutes online is comparable to one hour in person. We will do the same amount of work.
Use the booking form or just email me.
In theory. If you have rigged an aerial hammock in your home it is up to you to make sure your rigging is safe and secure. From there, I would suggest attending at least some in-person classes before group online classes. Keep in mind that I won't be able to monitor you in an online class. Alternately, we can work through the fundamentals in private classes where I can closely monitor your poses.
Send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, or take a look at the FAQs.
In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations.
