Private classes are perfect for Christmas presents, fun adventures with family and friends, hen parties, work days out, creative exploration or small private classes focusing on your needs. I can support up to 10 people and I'm happy to develop the class based on your needs and preferences - classes can be completely relaxed, completely strong, or somewhere in the middle. I also offer private aerial sound baths in collaboration with KOA Edinburgh.
I am currently available to take private bookings on the 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th December 2024 for aerial yoga and aerial sound-baths, as well as the 15th and 16th February 2025. I can sometimes accommodate Saturdays booked far enough in advance so do enquire if you have a specific date in mind for 2025. Book early to get the times and classes you'd like.
I run classes at the Crags Centre in Edinburgh, 10 Bowmont Place, EH8 9RY and at Aerial Art House, Unit 2, 109 Restalrig Road, EH6 7NY. I am happy to book whichever venue suits/is available. The availabilities for the two venues vary; the Crags Centre can hold up to ten people, while AAH holds up to seven.
£95 for a one-hour private class with up to three people or £135 for a class of four to ten people. Longer classes are also available. Aerial sound baths will cost more as these are collaborations with KOA Edinburgh. Message me to find out more. Payment is via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Gift vouchers can be for any amount. You may wish to give a voucher for a 1-hour aerial yoga class (£10.50) a 1-5-hour aerial yoga workshop (£16) or a 1.5-hour aerial sound experience (£25).
Send me an email or use the booking form. Tell me what you're looking for, or if you'd like to arrange a time to chat. Private bookings should generally be made at least five weeks in advance and may depend on the availability of the venue.
Gift vouchers can be purchased any time and will be redeemable for up to six months after purchase.
Yes! All my classes are suitable for all levels. Private bookings can be designed to suit your needs. This may be beginner-level, slow flow, fun play and challenges or a class working on building aerial strength. Email me for more information or if you'd like to chat further.
Send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, or take a look at the FAQs.
In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations. Although these classes are low hammock and close to the ground, you will be asked to sign a waiver before participating.
