The bootcamp is divided into four days of classes spread across a week (see below for dates and times). You can book onto any number of these classes individually, or all together for the full bootcamp with a little discount. The first three days are general-level with a focus on building strength. The Saturday class is the culmination of the bootcamp and classified as an intermediate class. If you have done the three days you will be fine in day 4. If you have concerns about level, email me any questions.
DAY 1 - MONDAY 4TH AUGUST, 6-7.30PM: general-level class focusing on arms, upper body, chest opening
DAY 2 - WEDNESDAY 6TH AUGUST, 6-7.30PM: general-level class focusing on abs, core strength, back bends
DAY 3 - THURSDAY 7TH AUGUST, 5.30-7PM: general-level class focusing on legs, bum, hamstring and hip flexibility
DAY 4 - SATURDAY 9TH AUGUST, 9.15-10.45AM: intermediate-level class with a whole-body focus, some complex wraps
Same as usual! The classes are at the Crags Centre in Edinburgh, 10 Bowmont Place, EH8 9RY. This is a short walk from George Square. All the Newington buses will drop you off a quick walk away, and there is a small amount of parking at the centre as well.
£17 per class, or £62 for the full block. Payment should be made by direct bank transfer. Please note you are only booked into the class once I receive payment. If you would like to buy a voucher for the bootcamp or any of my classes, see here.
Use the booking form to book onto the class or classes you'd like to attend. I'll confirm your booking once it's paid for. If the class is fully booked, you can still book on and you'll be added to the waiting list.
The bootcamp is designed for general-level students building towards intermediate skills. You will require a basic fitness level in order to do all four classes in one week. There will be a number of other gentler classes running across the week, so if this feels like it might be a bit much, check out other options here.
Send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, or take a look at the FAQs.
In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations. Although these classes are low hammock and close to the ground, you will be asked to sign a waiver before participating.
