Aerial Yoga Otley, Yorkshire: General Classes

Build strength, flexibility and fitness, grow as an aerial yogi, cultivate aerial strength and control with these general-level and deep stretch classes for all round fitness and calm.

General classes are suitable for everyone with a standard range of movement, including those new to aerial yoga and/or yoga. For those who are new/nervous, the deep stretch may be particularly suitable as we move through poses a bit slower building flexibility and stretching deep. Where are the classes?

These classes are at The Otley Studio in Otley, Yorkshire, Three Horseshoes Yard, Otley LS21 1BQ.

What do I pay?

£21.50 for a 1hr 35 min workshop. Payment can either be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Please note you are only booked into the class once I receive payment. If you would like to buy a voucher for this or any of my classes, see here.

How do I book?

Use the booking form to book onto the class or classes you'd like to attend. I'll confirm your booking once it's paid for. If the class is fully booked, you can still book on and you'll be added to the waiting list.

Are these classes for all levels?

Yes! Classes are for all levels with a basic fitness and movement level and the hammock height is set low so it is accessible and fun. If you're feeling nervous about beginning, start with a deep stretch class, where we move a little slower and there is more time to get used to working with the silks.

In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations. Although these classes are low hammock and close to the ground, you will be asked to sign a waiver before participating.
